Announcing the 2018 Conrad Festival!
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Conrad Festival in Kraków, Poland!
LCSL's Hejna Family Chair in Polish Literature Michal Markowski serves as artistic director for this major international literary event, which just released its 2018 program. This year's iteration "will ask critical questions regarding 'pop', which is considered the core of our current cultural and political experiences. The subsequent days of this year’s edition were given the following categories: Correctness, Popularity, Drive, Populism, Popculture, Panic, Demand."
