Dorota Masłowska is a Polish writer and playwright. At 19, her debut novel ”Snow White and Russian Red” topped the bestseller list, garnering controversy and critical acclaim in equal measure. Masłowska’s work has since been translated into over 20 languages, and she is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Nike, Poland’s highest literary honor. Published in 2018 and staged for the first time in January 2020, her latest novel, ”Other People,” is now being translated into German, French, and Russian. Masłowska is also the author of “Honey, I Killed the Cats,” translated by Benjamin Paloff and published by Deep Vellum in 2019. She lives in Warsaw, Poland.
